Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a formal and serious complaint regarding the conduct of one of your delivery drivers and the disappearance of my parcel.

On 10/04/2026, your driver attempted delivery and pressed the intercom for only a few seconds. Although I initially missed the call, I immediately used the intercom app to open the door remotely. I also went to my balcony and visually confirmed that the delivery vehicle was still present when I granted access. This was done multiple times to ensure the driver could enter without issue.

Despite this, the driver entered the building and only delivered one parcel, while failing to deliver mine. I have clear photographic evidence showing that the driver had two parcels in his possession, delivered one, and retained the other.

Given the circumstances, I have strong grounds to believe that my parcel was deliberately withheld. This concern is further heightened by the fact that the missing item is a high-value product (an iPhone 17), making this incident particularly serious and indicative of potential misconduct or theft.

Additionally, this is not the first time I have experienced issues with this driver, which raises further concerns about a pattern of behaviour.

Based on the evidence I hold, it is clear that:

• Access to the building was successfully granted,

• The driver had the opportunity to complete the delivery,

• The parcel was in the driver’s possession,

• The parcel was not delivered despite these conditions.

This is unacceptable.

I require the following actions to be taken immediately:

1. A full and urgent investigation into the driver involved,

2. A clear explanation as to the whereabouts of my parcel,

3. Appropriate disciplinary action against the driver,

4. Written confirmation of the outcome of your investigation.

Please be advised that I am prepared to escalate this matter further, including reporting it as suspected theft, should this not be resolved promptly and satisfactorily.

I also have supporting evidence (including access logs and photographs) which I am ready to provide upon request.

I expect a prompt and serious response to this complaint.
