Good afternoon, my name is sylvia lewis I ordered two pair of loafers over It indicated the shoes were due to ship august the night Also indicated that I would be kept updated regarding the shipment Upon calling today spoke to a very rude person that indicated The shoes ought to be shipped out today That's five or six days passed the date that I was informed the shoes would be shipped out Absolute horrible business practice if a customer anticipating the shoes to ship out on the date that the seller gives them. If anything change, you should contact the custom immediately. I should not have to call to find out where my shoes are. Yet you took the money from my account over 45 days ago. This is BS.
Desired outcome: I want my shoes to be shipped out to me immediately overnight. I've waited long enough, and you didn't have the courtesy to let me know that there's still not shipped out yet.
