Dissh Customer service

I've purchased a jacket from www.dissh.com.au and it looked nice, exactly like pictures on their site.
But then I washed it following all the instructions and it shrunk! I contacted Dissh customer service and asked for some assistance but they refused to help me. Their rep was very rude and said they will not refund me because it was my fault that happened. I tried to explain that I did everything according to the tag but they did not want to listen. I'm more disappointed with Dissh customer service.
