I gave Desert River Solutions $25 to get my medical records for my long term care insurance. I need these records to get approved. I paid on 2/18/2022, but I haven't got anything yet. They charged me though. I tried calling, but no one picks up (voicemail full). They don't reply to emails either.

I've been ringing them up and leaving messages like crazy, and even sent them an email, but they ain't getting back to me. They promised I'd get my docs in 10 days, but it's been more than 20 days now.
