In November, I bought a new bed with a fancy head that goes up. When they finally brought the bed in late January, we discovered that the mattress wouldn't bend properly to fit the frame. The guy who sold us the bed was named ***, and we tried reaching out to him multiple times, but he was always busy and promised to call us back, which he never did. We spoke to some other workers who said they would contact the company and get back to us, but they never did either. We didn't receive any assistance with the issue of them selling us a bed frame and mattress that don't work together. Now we're thinking about getting a different mattress.
