Crown Cabinets and Fireplaces

I bought a countertop from Crown Cabinets and Fireplaces. When I asked the sales rep if the sample countertop was a good representation of the actual countertop, he said it would look the same. He couldn't find a picture of the installed countertop, but assured me it would be consistent. I placed my order on 2022-01-10 and paid $1173.00. On 2022-02-11, I received the countertop and it looked completely different from the sample. I took it back to the store and showed the sales rep, who agreed that it didn't look right and seemed like a design flaw. He mentioned that it appeared as if a rusty can had been placed on it, leaving a rusty ring. He went inside to talk to the owner and came back saying they would contact the manufacturer for a more accurate sample, but couldn't do anything for my situation. The owner didn't come out to see the countertop or discuss the issue. The sales guy just kept saying there was nothing he could do. Now I've spent $1173.00 and still don't have a usable countertop.
