I went to Crabtree Nissan for a service on my Nissan *** on 6/20/22. The rep told me that the oil cover wasn't closed properly and some oil spilled out while I was driving. They said that they couldn't measure how much oil was left in the resviour and I needed to do another oil change. I agreed to it at the time, but later realized that there is a dipstick to check the oil level. I feel like I was lied to and authorized a service that I didn't need. I did an oil change last week and didn't need a new one, just a check on the oil level. I don't appreciate being told something that isn't true.
