As a new customer I had to wait for a cleaning(busy time of year) but Keith was thorough and knowledgeable !
he walked me thru the process and my choice to have a premium contract...he did more for my AC then the guy who originally installed it!

I would definitely recommend using CPS. They are prompt and professional. The service professional, Paul, was thorough, clean, and knowledgeable. I have an annual maintenance contract with them so i have the peace of knowing i have someone to call when there's an issue.

Chris Thompson provided extra customer service today during a periodic spring maintenance checkup. He noticed that our recently installed upstairs air conditioning unit has an expansion valve that should be replaced, so he immediately ordered its replacement while under warranty.

Professional organization. Back office was excellent to deal with in terms of setting up the visit and processing payment. Technician, Chris, was on time, qualified, completed the job without delay, cleaned up the job site. Perfect. I was referred to CPS by a friend. I'll be quick to refer others.

Our service tech Justin did a great job getting our Heat Pump back up in running in a few hours. Explained the troubleshooting process before he completed work, system is running again, cost was reasonable. Tia in the office was also very helpful and courteous. Can't say enough good things about CPS.

Service Pro Paul M performed our pre-season heater service. Very polite and conscientious as he followed their COVID protocols. Explained what he was going to do, did, and what he found.. A delight to work with and is consistent with my 12+ association with CPS. I highly recommend Paul and of course CPS.

Curtis and Steve K installed a new furnace for us and removed our old one. They worked so well together and they were very efficient and knowledgeable. When the job was finished they left the area spotless! CPS is an outstanding company and every time we've needed their services they have done an excellent job.

Have been using CPS for many years and they are the best. Summer or winter whenever I had a problem they came right out and fixed it. Even during a snow storm when I lost our heat their man showed up and had the furnace running in no time. Service men are always on time , very curious and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.

We appreciate the quality of service provided by CPS Heating and Cooling and their service representative Kieth J. He has serviced our property before and is a effective and excellent mechanic. Great work, efficient and leaves the service area clean when he leaves. We value the annual service contracts on our heating and air conditioning units.

Paul Mitchell came out to service our Burnham boiler and Carrier air conditioning systems. While he was here he answered our questions on installing the REME HALO-LED UVC air purification system and the Honeywell WiFi thermostat c-wire. He was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. His manner was very professional. We plan to use him and CPS Heating & Cooling to Install the HALO-LED and the thermostat c-wire. CPS Heating & Cooling has become our go-to HVAC service provider.

Our service tech, Justin M was on time and completed the work efficiently. He fully explained what was done and we now qualify for the premium service contract for both heating and cooling. We have been a CPS customer since 2013 an always have been satisfied with their service. We were one of the original customers in our neighborhood to choose CPS and now many other neighbors have started using CPS for their service needs. Thank you Justin and CPS!

We just had Miguel S service our air conditioner as part of our service contract. The call on Friday explained exactly how their technician was going to do his work and what additional steps would be taken in light of the coronavirus. Miguel's visit went exactly as described, plus he was efficient, neat and thorough. He made some recommendations, but didn't pressure us into following. He even offered a potential alternative, which we found reasonable.

Keith came to turn on my mini splits and to teach me how to use the system. He also reviewed instructions for my new thermostat. I had someone video his teaching sessions in four rooms and with outdoor equipment. It is easier than writing notes as he talks. Keith went over his instructions and had me practice, not just listen to him. He was patient and respectful when I got confused and made a mistake. He gave me the confidence I wasn't sure I would have and made sure I knew that I could call the company any time I might have a question.

We couldn't be happier with CPS Heating & Cooling, Keith Johnson and Missy. We ordered four Nest thermostats with Best Buy Geek Squad installation. After three days, Best Buy's Geek Squad still couldn't get the thermostats to work and had disabled the old ones. We were desperate (it was hot and humid) so we called Missy at CPS. She sent Keith Johnson to help us the same day. You could immediately tell the difference. Keith knew what to do and it worked. He took one look, said "this isn't right", fixed it, tried to see if it worked and, voila, it did. Air conditioning, furnace, fan. Everything. Thank you so much CPS, Keith Johnson and Missy!
