Cornerstone Properties

I'm so frustrated with Cornerstone Properties Inc. I mean, what's the point of having a property management company if they can't even manage to return a phone call? It's like they don't even care about their tenants. And don't even get me started on the maintenance issues. I've had the same problem for months and they still haven't fixed it. It's like they're just taking my money and not doing anything in return. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I had a problem with my community HOA and I told Cornerstone Properties Inc about it on December 4th. The landscapers messed up my wall outside and I've been waiting for over 45 days to hear when they're going to fix it. It's now day 51 and I still don't know when they're going to come and fix it. Our representative said it would take over 30 days to get a bid, and then they got the bid but haven't said anything for over 7 days. It's been really frustrating because our representative doesn't communicate well and I have to keep asking for updates. All I want is for them to fix my wall.

Hey, so we've been waiting for Cornerstone Properties to do something about the tree behind condo 236 at Sunland Village East. It's been a while and we're still waiting. If you could help us out with this, that would be great. Thanks.
