work was done on 639 yorkshire rd n e atlanta ga when i hired colony roofers to put a roof on this house i was told that i would get a 10 year warranty. i had many problems with them. they would go to the house without telling me or my tenants they were going to be there. it took months to finally get the roof correct. a big problem was the small nearly flat roof in back that they were not supposed to remove the expensive butyl roofing from. they also had the gutter guards on incorrectly and finally got them on right. this butyl roofing could not be replaced. we finally agreed on putting another layer of roll roofing on this roof. it was much trouble having colony roofers put a roof on this house. i paid them in full. they were supposed to give me a 10 year warranty. i never received the warranty. i called and left a message for them to call me about getting my warranty. my calls were not returned. i emailed them to please send me my warranty a couple of month ago. i have not received my warranty. i just want my 10 year warranty.

Colony handled my roof replacement and did a great job. I live in the east Atlanta area not too far from their offices and they did me right with the roof I got.

Colony Roofers did a great job installing a new roof and gutters, including soffit and fascia repair work. Very polite and professional. Showed up to complete the job exactly on the day and time promised, finished the work in less time than expected and did an amazing job on the cleanup. Can't recommend strongly enough.
