Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. The transition from Barclays was extremely poorly handled, I called customer service, and the person was extremely rude, lacked professionalism and courtesy.
I was told after speaking with her, and put on hold forever, that I should just call back later to try again.
I am not able to set up an online account myself - have to do it over the phone, with after speaking with the extremely rude person initially, I will not do.
I will be cancelling this card immediately.
Recommendation: Do not use this card or service.
