Chef to Table Delivery

I got an email from FedEx saying I could track my meal order. I've ordered from Chef to Table several times and was surprised as I never had been given a tracking number with any other order. When I clicked on the tracking number it informed me my meals had left London, Ontario. I was SHOCKED. My prepared meals are coming from Ontario? What the heck? How are meals being kept refrigerated? Today I'm not home, FedEx came and didn't leave my meals. I won't be home tomorrow either. I want a refund. I've emailed and texted chef to table. No reply.

I'm baffled, disappointed and shocked!
