C&C Electrical/Mechanical I had some issues with billing and the repair that was done

I had some issues with billing and the repair that was done. One employee gave me a quote, but it wasn't passed on to the billing employee. I also had a problem with the repair and I'm waiting for someone to follow up with me. After I asked for help, I got a really pushy email that said something like "you need to pay up now or else." I'm not happy with how things have gone so far, but I hope we can resolve this soon. Overall, I think C&C Electrical/Mechanical has some work to do on their communication and customer service.
