Casteel Heating, Cooling, Electrical and Plumbing Air conditioner

I bought a NEW Casteel air conditioner. Last Summer my bills jumped to over $1000 a month, yes, you read that right, and I had tech after tech after tech come out. Finally, after paying that much over my last years bills, which were "high" at $400 a month, which is why I agreed to put in a new system. Finally they fixed something, I still don't know what...

The last time one of Casteel's technicians came out he would not get off the phone with his ex wife. I couldn't even ask him questions because he was on the phone the entire time! Then he was in a hurry to leave. His estimate was extremely high and we were able to get the same service else where for $1k cheaper. The previous 2 years that I had this company...
