This is one of the many companies that were making BIG MONEY by qualifying just anybody into a house, townhouse, condo or just anything. Plus charging additional fees without justified reasons such us origination fees, loan fees, third party fees, etc. In additional to that, some of their real estate agents did not have a real estate license.

Many people were victim of this Real Estate company (CASA BELLA PROPERTIES) and now are paying the consequences by losing their properties because of:

1. The mortgage crisis
2. 2, 3 or 5 years loans; after that interests will raise double, triple or whatever!
3. Clients did not longer re-qualify for refinancing due to lack of enough income, resources and equity!
4. They qualified people (for their loan) for the 100% of the home/townhouse/condo price and right now they're upside down on their properties values!
5. Casa Bella lack to provide detail information about the compromise of acquiring a property to their clients and explaining the additional expenses attached to it, such as the bi-yearly property taxes, the PMI sometimes included in the monthly payment, the different interests programs in the loan (1 yr, 3 yr, 5 yr, 10 yr rates, variable rates, fixed rates)!

So now, they're marketing their business to help people with financial difficulties by refinancing their properties, offering the services for the home-affordable plan given by Government, and short sales... YES! Short-sales, they're who sold you the house/townhouse/condo and now helping you to loose your PROPERTY!

PLEASE community, DON'T MAKE any business with this company and spread the word. They are not honest and this is one of the companies that falls into the real estate fraud! They used to have like 5 o 6 real estate offices in the area of Los Angeles (Los Angeles, Santa Ana & Valley counties) and now are down to just one, make your math...
