Nothing shows up. Doesn’t even allow to select make a payment.

Says I can't login, I can login on the website. Even changed my password, no go.

Lol! Same experience different app. Slow buggy kicks me out. Need to refinance with a different company. Hahaha.

Not worth downloading, useless, no able to make payment of view mortgage information. Just unfriendly, to support at all.

App doesn’t work. It says no loans found. Had to download it because all the website says is loans currently serviced. So I can’t pay my house note online or on the app. Very frustrating.

The app lets me login but then doesn’t have any of my information in it. It looks like the wireframe of an app rather than an app that’s supposedly complete. You need to fix this yesterday.

Carrington is pushing the app. I open my app, it says they have a new one I have to download. I download it and it says this loan can’t make payments through the app. What the point? Deleting.

I really don’t like it. The old way would allow me to give extra payment on the principal.
Not happy at all. Keep logging in and I can’t make my mortgage payment .

I left a 2 star review earlier because of it not being mobile friendly but now, the app shows NOTHING about my loan info. It popped up an error message stating my loan cannot be found.. interesting.

Logged into the new app and none of my loan information is there, it says I don’t have any loans with them. Well, unfortunately I have had a loan with Carrington for the last couple of years.
Please fix your app, your old one worked fine. It shouldn’t be a hassle to make a payment.

I have attempted to use this iOS app daily for a while now and it can NEVER find my loan. That said, I can see my 3-month payment history. I log out and back in with no change. I have to use Firefox browser on my iPhone and go to the full web site to make payments and view escrow balance.

This app is horrible. I don’t understand why they made a new app. First off I never chose to be with these guys. However here I am. And now I can’t make payments cause every time I press make payment the last week with this app it crashes and logs me out. Also, if you don’t log in on app at least once a day it shows that your account is locked. And you have to wait to log in.

App is nice but seems to have deleted or misplaced my payments options I have from the old app and the website. Have to pay threw my internet browser due to app not having my payments option. Also when I go to add my payments option the app is blacked out or doesn’t have text to indicate wether it’s a savings or checking account. But if I go to the website my payment options are still there.

Unbelievable. Terrible communication to changes and now your previous information is not accessible in the new app format. Living on the west coast there is no access to help with customer support in an appropriate time frame within west coast working hours as it is an EST service. Terrible if you use the app to pay your mortgage and your mortgage payment is due on a weekend. They won’t be open to help you with access to pay your bills.
