I am submitting this complaint as I am not sure who I need to contact. I usually deal with one of the Jacksonville sales people by the name of Jerome. I usually purchase ribs, shrimp and crab legs from him once a week, however I have not received my recent order of 5 cases of 10-12oz snow crab legs and 7 cases of 9 slab ribs. I have already submitted payment of $1500.00 and was promised the product Tuesday, July 3, 2018. Now a week later he has not responded to any calls or texts regarding my delivery or the return of my payment. The contact number he provided [protected] is the only contact information I have for him. I must say I am extremely disappointed and my business is suffering. I have only been in business for 7 months and I have not secured another vendor as of yet. Please point me in the right direction to get this situation taken care of quickly or I will need to take legal action
