Browning Equipment, Inc.

My name is investigator Miller. I was hired by a company to remain nameless that gave credit to a customer of Browning Equipment. That customer then sold the equipment back to Browning without ever having paid off that credit that was given to them. Any reputible business would know that the equipment sold would still have a lien filed against it. Browning Equipment decided to sell the equipment anyway. That is called selling out of trust, and is illegal in the state of Virginia. Now, every time I try to contact Mr. Browning, he just brushes it off like it is no big deal. How is he going to feel, better yet, how are his customers going to feel when I repossess equipment from them when they purchased it fair and square? I hope you read this Mr. Browning. I don't think you're business will do very well if the equipment you are selling is just going to get repossessed anyway.
