WARNING - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MARK HARRIS

Mark Harris agreed to introduce me to a broker dealer which he had listed on his books for sale. As a condition of making this introduction, he required that I pay him a deposit of $50, 000 to be applied to the purchase price if the transaction proceeded and refunded to me if the transaction did not proceed. Foolishly, I paid him the money without doing my homework online.

The transaction did not proceed and Mark Harris refused to repay the $50, 000 deposit.

Based on a review of other complains on this website, it is clear that this is a recurring business practice. Mark Harris takes your deposit knowing that if the transaction does not proceed, he will not return it to you.

Mark Harris and Broker Dealer Market are crooks. They buy and sell broker dealers and RIA's. Mark Harris is a one man show and he has been burning people for a very long time.
