Dope Vinyl, Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with Besvinyl
I was totally bummed out by Besvinyl, man. Couldn't believe the total lack of a response after I sent some serious cash their way for a vinyl that was outta stock. I mean, come on guys! At least let me know what's up? I ended up having to wait weeks before I finally heard back from them. And even then, it was a total letdown. I'm not hating on the vinyl though - it was pretty dope. But honestly, the whole experience just left me feeling totally disappointed.

I ordered a record on February 27th. Never received a confirmation email or an email showing my order shipped. No tracking information has been provided. I have emailed multiple times but have not received a response. They took my money and didn't send my order. They are scam artists. I am reporting them to the Attorney General.
