Service sucks
I ordered several items from the company. This was my first time using them and it will be my last. I was charged for the amount of the order and sent an email stating the order had been sent to production. They stated 2 to 3 weeks to ship the items. It has been two months since I placed the initial order. Emails go unanswered and phone calls go directly to a voicemail.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Mike Bornfriend of BDS Tactical Gear ripped me off for $5, 600 on an order. He refuses to refund the money. This guy is a con artist!
It appears the State of California closed him down and he now operates from an address in Nevada at 723 S. Casino Center Blvd. in Las Vegas.
