I recently ordered some containers from Baytec Containers and was excited to see their website boasting about Supper Fast Shipping. However, when my order didn't arrive as quickly as I had hoped, I reached out to their customer service team and was told that the delay was due to the fact that the product was shipped directly from the manufacturer and was out of their control.

While I understand that sometimes delays can happen, I was disappointed that Baytec Containers couldn't follow through on their promise of fast shipping. If you're going to make a claim like that, you should be able to back it up.

That being said, the containers themselves were of good quality and exactly what I needed for my project. The website was easy to navigate and I appreciated the variety of options available. I also found their prices to be competitive with other retailers.

Overall, I would recommend Baytec Containers for their selection and quality of products, but be aware that their shipping may not always be as fast as advertised.

So, I was trying to buy some containers from Baytec Containers, but their website was giving me a hard time. I tried to place my order online, but it just wasn't working. So, I decided to give their customer service a call to see if they could help me out. Unfortunately, the woman on the other end of the line wasn't very helpful. She wouldn't even take my order over the phone!

I don't know about you, but when I'm spending my hard-earned cash, I want to make sure that I'm getting good quality products and good customer service. And based on what I've seen, it doesn't seem like Baytec Containers can offer either of those things.

So, if you're thinking about ordering from them, I would definitely recommend doing your research first. Make sure that you're getting exactly what you need, and that you're dealing with a company that actually cares about their customers. Because from what I've seen, Baytec Containers doesn't seem to fit that bill.

So, I ordered some stuff from Baytec Containers about 2 months ago and I still haven't gotten my stuff. I spent $200 and I'm pretty upset about it. The people I talked to on the phone were rude and didn't seem to care about my order. They gave me a tracking number, but it was wrong and said that they shipped everything when they really only sent part of my order. I don't trust this company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They seem pretty shady to me.

Baytec Containers is not a good place to do business with. I had a bad experience with them when they sent me used items instead of new ones. I was really disappointed and upset. I emailed them with pictures to show them what I received, but Max in sales accused me or FedEx of tampering with the items. I couldn't believe it! Max didn't even apologize for the inconvenience this caused me. I was really frustrated and angry. I wish I had read reviews before shopping at Baytec. I won't be shopping there again.

This company, Baytec Containers, is one of the worst companies I have ever come across in my long history of shopping online. They charged my card before I even received the email shipping and handling quote of $207.00, which was more than five times the price of the item I purchased, which was only $39.95. I was shocked and dismayed by this, and immediately asked for a refund not even 24 hours later. However, I was told that I could not cancel my order over the phone, and that I had to email them instead.

So, I did as they asked and emailed them, but still had to call back a couple of times to follow up on my refund. Unfortunately, I had to endure more terrible customer service from all the employees I spoke with, who were very unprofessional. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, to say the least.

Thankfully, I did eventually receive my refund a week later, but only after I had to call my bank to report them. It was a hassle and a headache, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you're thinking about buying from them, I would advise you to run the other way and be very cautious. Buyer beware!

I recently ordered some barrels from Baytec Containers and I have to say, I was not impressed. While they did answer their phone when I called, it took them a whopping four days to reply to my email (and that was over a weekend, mind you).

To make matters worse, the items were shipped in two separate parts and it took a whole 15 days for me to receive everything. And even though they advertised free shipping, I was still charged $5.oo for shipping. I tried to delete the shipping charges on their website, but it wouldn't let me. Instead, I had to send an email to get a shipping quote. Talk about a hassle!

But the real kicker was when I tried to use the pump that I had purchased. It didn't even fit the container and I had to cut it myself. What a weak product!

Overall, I would not recommend ordering from Baytec Containers. There were just too many issues and it was not a pleasant shopping experience. I wish I had ordered from a different company instead.

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with my experience with Bay Tec containers. I placed my order almost a whole month ago and they took my money right away, but they still ain't even started processing my order yet. I tried calling the "track my order number" but it just goes straight to voicemail and they ain't even botherin' to call me back. I sent 'em a bunch of emails too, but they ain't replied to none of 'em.

Finally, I got fed up and called customer service. They told me that the stuff I ordered was in stock, but it might take a week or so to process. But when that time passed and my order still ain't shipped, I called 'em back. They said the same thing - my order would ship in a couple days. But it still ain't shipped yet, and now they done gone and removed the customer service button from the phone tree.

I ain't too impressed with this kinda service, to be honest. I understand that things can get delayed sometimes, but they could at least keep me updated or respond to my messages. I'm startin' to wonder if I'll ever get my order at all.

I recently had an experience with Baytec Containers that I feel compelled to share. I ordered four rainwater barrels for our school, which took quite a while to arrive at our site. I was surprised to find that the shipping fees were $249 for each barrel, which cost $429 each. While I was disappointed with the delay and the high shipping costs, I was even more disappointed to find that one of the barrels was defective and leaked water just below the opening tube.

I sent an email to Baytec Containers to find out what we should do with the barrel, but I was shocked by the unprofessional response I received. There was no greeting or introduction, and the representative simply stated that it seemed to be raining where I was and that the water was from the outside of the barrel. I was offended by the lack of professionalism and the dismissive response, so I decided to call the company to speak to a representative.

Unfortunately, the representative I spoke to on the phone was just as rude and unhelpful as the one who responded to my email. She repeated the same nonsense about the water coming from the rain, even though it was clear from the picture I sent that the water was coming from a crevice in the barrel. When I asked her to take a closer look at the picture, she became even more aggravated and eventually hung up on me.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Baytec Containers. The delay in shipping and the high shipping costs were frustrating enough, but the unprofessional and rude customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I certainly won't be doing business with them again.
