I had a really bad experience with Bayfield Mortgage Professionals Ltd

I had a really bad experience with Bayfield Mortgage Professionals Ltd. Terry B was my mortgage broker and he was dishonest and didn't do his job properly. He kept ghosting me and my family from the beginning of the year until Christmas. I had to hire a lawyer to get paid by Terry, Bayfield insurance or *** or ***. He took all my money and caused me a lot of stress and grief. He promised me a 1-3% rate but put me into a 7% INTEREST ONLY C lender mortgage and kept me there for almost a year. The new mortgage broker got me 2.99 in two weeks and apologized for Terry's unprofessional behaviour. The double fees were insane and none of this was in his budgets.
