Battery-store.eu No confirmation

On 10th April I thought I bought a battery for my laptop without registration on battery-store.eu. I paid the money due to their PayPal account. The money was paid from my bank account on 15th April. Never received neither a confirmation mail nor any tracking number.

On 30th April and on 2nd and 3rd May I wrote both on the form on their website and on the support e-mail. No signs of life from them up to now.

Did my battery explode and killed them all?

Are they enjoing a pizza party paid with my money?

Was Hong Kong conquered by an alien form of life?

Claimed loss: Money paid no battery

Desired outcome: Refund or the battery I paid for
