I know that South African debt collectors think of their clients as piece of [censored] and today this law firm confirmed it. Out of the 3 people I spoke to only 1 person had enough brains to understand that due to this account being so old I could not confirm old details. Your law firm is filled with rude unqualified [censored]. I know that this account was handed over but your staff have no right to treat people the way that they do. You all should be ashamed. I wonder how you treat your other people?

This attorney sued us, giving us just 10 business days notice for a hearing. After settling with them, they continued to withdraw funds from my bank account with no authorization to do so. It cost me dearly by overdrawing the account. Time off work to close and open new account. It was ridiculous. After several letters and phone calls I received no communication from them. But guess what they are trying to sue me again for another bad debt.
