Bank of Nova Scotia Wire transfer not received

My name is David Gozlan. I own an apt in Nassau Bahamas. My actual tenant is a lady from Toronto. She gives me all kinds of problems and did not pay the rent for Nov and December. Plus she owes the electricity co. 1300.00$ she owes since July. Because of the covid I am not able to go to Nassau.
I sent her many messages asking for the payments. She keeps on promissing but still does not pay. Finally, on the 23rd of December she sent me a copy of a ""transfer"" she suppositly sent to my bank but nothing has arrived yet.
When I asked her, she told me ""call my Scotia Bank in Toronto.""
Her account number is [protected] Heather McCarthy.
The reference of the transfer is [protected] "transfered to the bank of America for the amount of 10, 000.00 CAD...7, 640.00 US
Since one week she does not answer to my calls and to my messages.
Please let me know what can I do.
My e-mail address is : [protected]@yahoo.ca
My tel in Florida is : [protected] until the end of March.
in Montreal : [protected] after the 1st of April 2021

Bank of Nova Scotia Fraud on the Bahamian People

Bank of Nova Scotia has fooled the people of the Bahamas, they came here in 1956 and we allowed them to open a Bank and we trusted them because we knew that Canada had great laws for protecting consumers . Well in 1998 the Bank in the dark of the Law and without any consent from their customers changed/transferred all account, loan, credit cards and Banking information over to a new Bank called Scotiabank Bahamas limited, but everyone here in the Bahamas thought it was just a name change but it was not it was an entity change so if the Bank local one that is went into bankruptcy no one could get access to the mother load . the old bait an switch game.

i understand the this is being done in all of the Banks offshore branches and it is wrong, people still think that when you bank with Scotia in the Bahamas your banking with a Canadian bank .
