Shoddy Work Zero Customer Service

Landscape services - pavers, artificial turf, electrical outlets and plants. New build home, approximately 2500sf, charged $24k cash cash.
Design provided to AZ Turf and More was to scale and specific. Design provided to 3rd party work crew was crude at best.
We had to constantly correct crew errors.
Final product, shoddy, artificial turf is shedding in clumps when touched, paver work lacks polymer in areas (already breaking up within a few weeks, electrical work underground is bare wires but in conduit where you can see, plants placed with roots 1/2 out of ground, planted in holes the size of containers and 5 dead (another 3 we replaced ourselves - charged $4k for plants, paver spacing on walkway un-walkable.
Contacted owner who only sent snarky texts and no offers to remedy. Complaint filed with ROC #[protected] License # 343847. His wife holds license because he cannot due to personal legal reasons.
Desired outcome: Repairs made and replacement of "warranty" of dead plants.
