After being evaluated for the use of a wearable therapy garment for my prosthetic limb, I did not hear back from the clinician or his office manager for over 6 months. When I called, the office manager didn't know who I was and couldn't even find my chart. The fees were extremely expensive, and they never even helped me! I think this company is a scam and that the two running it are frauds. After trying to convince me to buy a $10, 000 device with cash, I decided enough was enough. At least they admitted my Insurance company would not be paying for this stuff. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, but the ownership is skewed. I will not be coming back there ever again!

My auto insurance company allowed me to get a medical device from Axiobionics after my car accident. This is a custom-made garment and it has some electrical gizmo that helps with pain. And I will be able to use my arm more. I met with the head of the company, who evaluated & measured me for the device. I waited for a number of weeks, then discovered that HE HAD NEVER EVEN TURNED IN THE MEASUREMENTS. Now, I am being told that I have to make another appointment, travel 2 hours to meet with him again, all because of his screw-up. There are few companies that make this stuff and I've heard good things about their products but I'm not sure I trust these idiots!
