Awesome Moving

We hired Awesome Moving to move our stuff from Lenexa KS to our new crib in Olathe, KS on May 26. We paid 'em $830 for the move. While they were doing their thing, the movers messed up my 5-month-old fancy reclining sofa and loveseat. These babies are worth a whopping $4,599.00! I specifically told the movers that the furniture dealer movers had to take apart the backrest from the seat when they brought 'em in the apartment. But those Awesome movers didn't listen and just forced the whole shebang through the door, causing some serious damage. I talked to the manager about it, and he said he could send someone to fix 'em up, but I insisted on filing a claim. He assured me that his insurance peeps would get in touch within a week. Turns out, he filed a fake claim with some insurance company called *** Insurance. When I checked with them, they said he ain't got no insurance that covers what he was yappin' about. I need my sofa and loveseat replaced 'cause the damage is so obvious and can't be fixed.
