I bought this warranty from Direct Sales and Leasing in Youngstown, Oh on 5/4

I bought this warranty from Direct Sales and Leasing in Youngstown, Oh on 5/4. It cost me $1590 for a 48-month/unlimited miles coverage. The dealership's number is [protected] and their address is 8141 South Ave, Youngstown, Ohio 44512. Since they sold me the warranty, I believe they should take some responsibility for my complaint. I've been having issues with my 2014 Cadillac Escalade, so I've been calling AutoPro Warranty Company LLC at [protected] every day and leaving messages. I'm really disappointed with both the dealership and the warranty. I need help resolving this problem or getting a refund of $1590. Thank you, ***.
