Unproffessional service

I paid almost $600 and received NOTHING from this company! Atlantic Water Products had agreed to perform major repairs on my hot tub, but insisted on receiving half of the fee up front, to order parts.

First the check I sent "mysteriously disappeared" (I have never had a problem with lost checks prior to this), then I placed the money on my credit card... that was the last I heard from them, and it has been three weeks now. I have left @ 14 messages, ranging from polite, to accusing them of robbery, all with no luck.

This company is beyond unprofessional - STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Now, I have to go through my credit card company in what will be a long and dreary attempt to prove I paid for.. aggravation w/o any services!
