Hi,
Just an awareness about this company ... its a fraud company running business in Dubai.
They all give attractive travel packages and take a good amount from you.
After that they vanish they don't respond to your emails or to your calls.
Even I have been to their office but their is no respond from their side for any thing
They don't give any services or any package for travel plan or any kind of visa services.
They are just a fraud company please don't get into it.

This worst company i ve ever met.. that much pain on my heart we people earning very hard day by day to save money like a bee these type company will give candid words and loot our money 40mins.. i don't know to blame whom...When I got registered in this company i thought of gotta good opportunity to go tour with my family.. but everything gone in a second after read a article about this company. Please advise me any one what is the procedure to recover my money..

I had taken 35 days travel from arabian time and later on i had asked for refund because I was not satisfied with service.

Refund letter was issued in June stating to grant refund in sept. However I have not received refund till now and their offices are closed and no one answers call.

Please lodge complain and help me to get refund at the earliest.

I total agree through all the comments I have gone through they just give false promises and end result is you get 5% percent of the 100% . I am not sure how to get the money back from them .Please await if some one has put a complain i could hear about them in the morning on radio that there is alreday complain registered with economical department

We have paid AED 6, 000 to Arabian Time Travel Tourism for their travel package (35 days of stay in any country for free in lifetime for a family)
Which also consist of 5 year membership to Body and Soul Fitness center
Now they are not responding to us and they haven't given us the things they told they will give. We went to inquire about this and their office is now closed. No one from their side is answering our calls and we want our money back.
Please tell us if there is any way we can get our money back.

I have read many reviews about this scam travel company, unfortunately AFTER being a victim of their scams in aug18. I have been through exactly same situation and scam from Arabian times travel and tourism where they lured me to fake holiday packages for less, described by others in this forum.
Now they dont answer any calls and their emails bounces back. please help me get my money back.

I am a victim as well, they had asked me to wait for sometime and they will refund but now it's 3months and no use either. Can we all form a group and get our hard earned money back from them or if their is a group already then please advise me, as i would like join as well.
However did anyone get their mobey back?
& are any other possibilities of recovering ?money please please advise.

We had filled a coupon in 1 supermarket for Arabian Tours and travel and then we got a Call to visit them when we visited they did promises and assurance for 35 days hotel stay with free airport pick up and drop service and they took Are 7500.00 at the same moment. Later when we planned foryour to Singapore and Malaysia tour and I had sent email and they send confirmation for hotel as confirmed. My flight booking visa everything was done on basis of hotel booking sent. My flight is 11th August and today when I went to check for airport pick and drop they said not available infact they said hotel booking is also not confirmed. I was totally lost as after everything is planned they denied as no hotel is confirmed. I came back and checked online and came to know there are many people like me trapped in this scam. Please support to get out money back.

In around Feb 2018, We had filled up for a lucky draw in a mall, and then after few days got a call that you have been selected. And then they invited to us to collect the price, at which they gave a 60-90 mins presentation claiming they Are your company, they will provide us stay at any 4-5 star hotels of in the world, if we buy their package. They claimed and named hotels like Hyatt, Pullman etc. We got influenced in their fraud and we paid them 15000 AED, for 70 nights. We received some certificate after that claiming the same etc.

In May 2018, Now that we planned our holidays to Australia and we are asking them for 3 night stay in Sydney at our requested hotels . They are offering very Low grade 3-4 star hotels, which are even cheaper than the price we hav epaid them.
They take two days to reply to our emails and don't revive our calls.
It's a cheat and complete fraud, we want our refine back. We don't get what we are promised and what we paid them for.
We want our our refund back as we are CHEATED openly.
It's so strange that how these fraudters are making money in open in Dubai.
