RIPOFF Defective Merchandise

I bought a BRAND NEW pump from these scam artists. Apparently, they buy defective merchandise, sell it as new, then hide behind the manufacturers warrantee and leave you stranded. I bought a $600 pump, it arrived defective. They tell you you'll need a return authorization and give you a toll free number. The toll free number always goes to a machine and they do not return ANY phone calls. I called every hour of the day for 2 weeks with no response. They only responded to CITI bank when they tried to charge him back for the pump. They sent CITI bank a FORGED signature to say I signed for the item! Scam, forgery, etc. stay away from this company.
