AP Wagner LTD Wrong item received

My dishwasher got broken so I disassembled it and figured out what is broken. I ordered spare part from AP Wagner LTD but they’ve messed something up and I’ve got wrong part. I contacted their customer support asking for a correct part to be delivered but they were not interested in listening.
