AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. Extremely poor service

Amt warranty purchased through hhgregg for an lg washing machine. Machine broke, contacted amt warranty and they claimed they sent the service request in to jiffy service team and i'd hear back in 24 to 48 hours. Didn't happen, contacted jiffy service team and they said this is the first they've had this request. . . Repair scheduled for 7 days out. If it does get fixed then the machine will be out of service for 11 days. . . I consider this very unresponsive for a service that i've already paid for!

We bought our BRAND new Samsung TV at the Big Screen Store in April of 2009. The TV we bought is LN52A550P3FXZA. At the same time we bought a 3-year warranty from AMT Warranty Corporation. If I remember correctly the price was about $300. Our TV stopped working July 2010, this is past the 1 year warranty provided by Samsung. So AMT Warranty is supposed to...
