I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with amika. I placed an order a couple weeks back and I'm still waiting for it to ship. I've tried reaching out to the company, but haven't heard back from them yet. It's frustrating because they charged my card right away, but now I'm left waiting with no updates.

I was really excited to try out some of their products, but now I'm not so sure. I mean, if they can't even get my order shipped out in a reasonable amount of time, how can I trust that their products are going to be any good?

I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I just had to share my experience with others. If you're thinking about ordering from amika, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually value their customers and provide good service.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with amika. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, but until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
