I bought a Septi Tank product E on 6/4 for $397.00, including shipping. They claimed it would fix my Drain/Field lines for my Septic Tank, but it didn't work at all. I've emailed them three times in the past four days, but they haven't replied. They told me that if their product didn't work, they would give me a refund, but they didn't do it.

Ordered product from supplier. Used as directed. Product didn't seem to work. Spoke with a guy named *** from the company. He told me I needed to use a stronger system with them. He also said it was guaranteed to work or my money back. Bought the product and unfortunately it didn't work. Talked to *** again after using 2nd treatment, he started saying that the only way to get money back was if I had major septic repair. Decided to try another company and their product has worked great. Got one last phone call from *** and explained the other product I'm using, and he basically hung up on me.
