I am complaining about the service that they didn’t refund my money back!!!
I applied for loan to purchase a truck from American Equipment Financial Services. And they changed me $777.00 for credit check and they didn't approve me and didn't refund my money back. At first they said my money is refundable if I am not approved. And I have contacted them a lot Maria Elhers said our company has new director and he will refund your money. The director was Dereck Anniston I have talked to him as well he said we will approve you soon he said I will call you tomorrow. And he didn't call I have called him a lot of time he didn't answer I have wrote him an email too he didn't answer. They stole my money!

payment not received & unethical unprofessional behavior
American Leasing agreed to pay Pacific Coast Iron, LLC a commission for loan referrals under a "preferred vendor" agreement. However, despite repeated requests for payment over a six month period, they have refused to forward the amounts due (even though the sums were deducted from their financing rep's paychecks). When I posted a negative Yelp review in an effort to resolve the issue, the owner, Derek Anniston, retaliated by also posting reviews on Yelp, Facebook, and Google. These reviews are unsubstatiated, completely false and defamatory. But this is nothing new as Mr. Anniston has a history of unprofessional and unethical conduct. And in fact, he and his reps. have refused to communicate with not only me, but my employees also as phone calls and email inquiries regarding this matter and others have gone unanswered.
I would like American Leasing to 1. pay the amounts due under the "preferred vendor" agreement 2. sign our Sales Agreement for a transaction they brokered for Pawnee Leasing (as they said they would) 3. Remove all defamatory online reviews.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
