American Financial Network [AFN] residential mortgage loans

Illegal telemarketing.

American Financial Network hires third parties to engage in illegal telemarketing to cell phone numbers that are registered on the National Do Not Call registry.

Scam company. Bad business practices. Shame on American Financial Network. They were sued in 2014 and again in 2017 for illegal telemarketing and violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act in San Diego.
