Defect product

Dear sir,
I have purchase an ambrane 7" tablet model no. AC-7 from naaptol on dated 02-07-2013 by order no.6701490.
I received this product on dated 05-07-2013. I have gift this product to other people, his birthday on date 23-07-2013.
She was open this product on 24-07-2013.
This product is defective. It's screen is in two part, because it's screen light is off in centre. One line light is complitly off.
I have complain on date 25-07-2013 to naaptol.com and it's complain no.is 4797150.
But this company isn't any replay about this defective product.
So, please I request you that you said this company to change this product & give me a new piece, otherwise give me my payment return to my bank accout.
