No money, no goods

I ordered two dresses from the website www.amandalinas.com. I found really nice dresses, but when I received my order, I was desperate. They didn’t look the same as it was on the website, the size didn’t fit me and the colour was a little bit different. I contacted the seller, but they only promised to check my order and sent correct dress. After several weeks, nothing arrived. Their phone is busy all the time, and I feel anxious and don’t know what measures take. Maybe someone can help me.
