he is a fraudulant entity
alsig heating and air conditioning is a fraudulant company. he is not licensed in the state of California to be a contractor. he charges customers for work they do not need. If you go into California state contractors license board website you will not find the company name of alsig listed or his personal name of Larry Goltz. His invoices show a license number that is false. his invoices say he is licensed, bonded and insured. and yet he is none of the above. he also, does not have a EPA license to purchase freon. he has scammed numerous people for years. in the state of california, if you do not have a contractors license you can only advertise as a handyman and do work for no more than five-hundred dollars. he does not do that. buyer beware.

If you go to the CSLB web site and put in the Lic. number 311073 that is on there invoices it shows they have several licenses and they are all active and current.
