Purchased this product and was never able to get the download to run on my computer. Asked for a refund and it's been a nightmare via emailing back and forth. They continue to deny me a refund something a product that I would never download (after 3 hours of trying) and continue to ask me for tons of info that at this point I'm not willing to provide to such a sham of a company. Paid $52.70 and received NOTHING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Nightmare. Read the reviews!

I have purchased the product in March but after recovering the contacts i only got 500 or so "No name" contacts with no number or other details. I have immediately cancelled the order and requested a refund but they keep sending nonsense emails with no proper justification. I am still demanding a refund even it's been over a month. The order no. is [protected]. The email conversation can be provided upon request as it is rather lengthy and includes several logs and screenshots.

I had to restore whatsapp message from a old iphone backup. it failed and got nothing back this is after i paid for the application, then i asked for a refund. I get the same mail back from them the hole time. What can be done to take these oaks on as they clearly don't want people to be happy or help them. They want me to do this and try this! I should have logged it with my back and a fraudulent purchase.

I purchased after a bad typo hard reset of android phone... I should have researched the company first... DO NOT make same mistake I did... Their product is worthless...
It did nothing to recover anything that had just been wiped out.. I tried to run several times, and the trial they offer is no good at all... you cannot perform any functions to see how it even will work... After this report, next stop is another for scam reportS.

They must get kickback from the second product they refer you to. They advertise aax to mp3 conversion. Their download prompts you to buy the app and you can get a trial that converts an audio file for 5 minutes of length. There are no options in the software to covert that format. If you choose a general format, it will select the file, but the conversion fails. I did not purchase the first app because I purchased the second one and it failed as well. They advertise Convertio will convert aax to mp3, but there is not even an option. You pay for the service, and there is no option to convert this format. Such a major scam. I received your product unwanted and unsolicited. I tried to return it as per your instuctions. Somewhere on South Avenue in Staten Island New York.but every cubby hole was filled.I spoke to one of youre agents who said I would receive a return label which never came and all I do is fill out complaints withot receiving a return label I believe youre company is a scam and you should be very poud of you're work at succeeding in causing these messes.

Aiseesoft admits their software is useless and threaten employees with job loss, if they issue refunds! Aiseesoft is not an honest company, they are deceitful on their claims, and their refund policy is outright criminal, their customer service is not customer inclined, but 100% company inclined. While on i-tunes, a back-up restore was done on my iphone4 that deleted everything current I had, before the restoration of the back up by itunes, over a year of contacts and some important photos I had for my doctor, on an existing medical condition. When I ask for a refund, I was strongly adviced to exchange for an other product, but I have no use for an other of their products. Then I was told that they will refer my claim to the marketing department. I remind them of their refund policy where it says; “. If customer insists on refund, we will perform refund. ” I purchase the product on 10/15/15 including a back up cd for a total of $70.86 throughout the numerous e-mails back and forth I received this one. “dear customer, we are so sorry for the delay response. I have tried my best to apply a refund for you, but i'm extremely sorry to tell you that it failed. So I advise that you can keep this software for future using. Or we would like to exchange you another great program rather than refunding. This is outright wrong, and I will continue to demand a refund, as it is my right, and everything points out to a legitimate claim. I have ordered video convertor from www.Aiseesoft.com. It stated I could get money back within 90 days. I have received the program, but I didn’t like it and the size of the converted video was bigger than I needed. I emailed the company and asked for money. I also told why I wasn’t satisfied, but the agent asked me to send them converted file and advised to download one program, which I couldn’t install. But they didn’t want to return my money.

I'm quite positive that this company is a one person student who is incapabable of communicating in english and who responds to emails with poorly worded wise cracks in between class and backpacking trips. I purchased the software through regnow / mycommerce but the download didn't work. Not knowing that I had already been charged, I went to another site and purchased the same software. After realizing that I had been double charged, I asked aiseesoft to assist with processing a refund, but they refused to refund my transaction despite have two receipts for the exact same product.

After paying $25 for aiseesoft. Coms iphone transfer program, I spent a week trying to get the software to work and it didn't. I've spend the last three weeks trying to get back my money. This company's website states; 100%, 30 day, "money back guarantee" and has a written refund policy! I notified the company through a dozen or more emails and they finally responded after a week and a half and several dozen emails. I paid for this software using my paypal account and filed a claim with the them, however because its computer software, paypal's small print does not cover "software" so i'm totally out of luck! This company is a ripoff!
