shipment not yet received sense 12th December 2020

I have given my valuable items to Airlink cargo agency in Al-Khobar Nesto to send it to India on 12th December 2020, but still I didn't received my cargo yet, I am following up with there agent of airlink cargo nesto he is telling we have some issue in customs and you receive with in 10 days it become 10 months and there is no solution yet. I want my shipment back other ways i will do police complanate.

Sea Cargo sent through Air link cargo

I had sent the sea cargo on 23-11-2020 (TR No.211134 wt 24 kg)to India (Tumkur)and even after 7 months it has not reached . On repeated calls they keep giving different excuses like the roads in Mumbai are blocked construction is going on and the corporation is not allowing and now they are saying that the custom clearance is not done from Mumbai.

Desired outcome: Action should be taken and cargo to be delivered

Sir I have not received my cargo it was on 12 -10-12 my s.no.41594 and my TR no is 43149 /04 pcs/78.5 kgs it was send by my husband mr.mohammed mazhar uddin I request you to please send it as soon as possible
