Phone harassment
This company has repeatedly been calling me for the last month as many as four times a day. Wanting personal information, refusing to take me off of their calling list. I have registered complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau of which they are members. Rude and unethical business practices.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Refused to give refund when consumer dissatisfied with membership
I paid for this vacation club which entitled me to discounted Condominium vacation weeks. They were unable to accommadate my vacation request on numerous occasions. They refused to give me a refund when I requested it due to dissatisfaction with the travel club claims.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

They have been calling me recently as well. They block their number so you don't know who is calling until you answer the phone. I finally spoke to them to get them to finally give me their sales pitch so I could say no, and then they might take me off their list. They said I have equity in another club that went bankrupt (which I do) and they want to transfer that equity to their club and I would not have to pay any fees. How they were able to obtain my personal information about the past club bothers me tremendously. I don't trust anyone who blocks their number. I say stay away from them...
