Gas egency workers using worst language

I booked my gas cylinder on 24th August 2021, and almost 5days went but still I'm waiting for cylinder when I called to deliver guy he said bring or manage your bike to get cylinder which I don't have any bike and he using the if you don't have bike then get train to pick your cylinder the dilivery guy name is santosh mali location is Phursungi, Hadapsar, pune-412308

LPG Cylinder Sold In Black

Hi,
Aditya Bharatgas Agency Sasane Nagar Hadapsar Pune 411028 has sold our cylinder to some one in black, we booked salender on 11 Jan 14 and today dated 23 Jan 14 I have received massage that gas cylinder is delivered but we have not received and every day gas van passes from my home and the supplier guy says ur booking number will come tomorrow and he never delivered infact today he sold in black only.

My freind has book a cylinder with booking id 72029 which needs to be cleared on 01/07/2019.
But still refill has been not received.
While contact to agency they says slip is not received.
