Embezzled Thousands from my personal injury settlement

When I was two years old I was viciously attacked by a Pit Bull Terrier. The attack has left the right side of my face severely scarred for life. I was awarded a large settlement from the dog owners home insurance which I was to start receiving at the age of 18.
I am now 20 and am yet to find where it is that a large part of my settlement is. There is approximately 90, 000 that he apparently took out and invested for me without the power of attorneys consent ( which was my mother ) nor the consent of the trust company, which was at the time Aetna trust who later became ING. For the past 2 yrs. I have not been able to speak to him at all about this matter, not even by phone, it has been a constant run around. I have had to hire another lawyer who is investigating him now.
