Discrimination and harassment, rampant in company
Acosta chooses to pay younger male employees, more money, than long-term employees of over five years with 30 years more experience. Constantly denies request for a raise, but gives raises to other staff.
When this is brought to the companies attention, they bully you until you leave. They take your work away, they accuse you of things you didn’t do, they give you information for work late and then try to reprimand you for work not being done. And much more.
