Ace money
ACE MONEY tech support is arrogant and nonresponsive. I have only dealt with one guy for several years and he technically talks over your head. Does not explain; short answers that I could not understand but he does not care. Sent several complaints and got NO satisfaction with no answers. My records are locked out since I changed computers and they are lost unless someone can speak to laymen about technical issues.
Desired outcome: Someone other than this arrogant person who knows how to speak to laymen would be nice but no one cares at Ace Money.

I want a full refund.
I purchased two AceMoney Software licenses for $60.00 from Turnitinsafely.com. Hours after using the software, I became dissatisfied with the budgeting software tool and I realized that the software was not easy to use and it did not meet my customer expectations. I want a full refund.
I was a Quicken user and wanted an alternative since my program just quit working. Didn't want to lose all the data so discovered that Acemoney apparently was able to import quicken files. However, it would only import Qif files and not Qdf files. Went to their support page and was told with reasonable certainty that they would be able to convert. After many attempts I was able to send the support staff my file via a Free File hosting website. He was able to open the file but not convert. He simple copied the balances in each account, took a snapshot and said 'here you go, all done'. That wasn't what I had asked for and simply made that known. In the end he simply said I wasn't following his directions, was a waste of his time and should go to the competition. I had done everything that he had suggested, apologized for not being able to understand if that was the case and would he reconsider. Never got a reply to that request.
I thought it was highly unprofessional
I would not recommend Acemoney to any one since their support leaves much to be desired.
