Accountkiller.com Don't deal with them

I wanted to delete my account on one website, but I didn’t know how to do it, and I sent email to the website www.accountkiller.com and asked for help. I received email, where they promised to send me instructions. However, after 2 weeks nothing arrived, and I send more emails. Next replies were rude, and they refused to help me and didn't explain why. Please leave comments about this website, because people should be aware when they deal with such irresponsive people.
